Yoon Eun Hye entered the entertainment industry in 1999. At the age of 15, she was the last member added to the
line up of the Kpop girl group called Baby VOX. She was the youngest member and was assigned the "baby" role of the group. She recorded four albums with the group before leaving in July 2005 to pursue her
acting career.
Yoon Eun Hye a favorite as a regular guest at the variety show X-Man on SBS. While on "X-Man," she was reported to be involved in a romantic relationship with popular K-pop singer
Kim Jong Kook. She left the show a year later in order to film Goong.
Yoon Eun Hye also played the female lead in Kim Jong Kook's music video "Saying You Love Me" which was released in July 2006.
Yoon Eun Hye had her first major role in a drama, Goong or Princess Hours, as Shin Chae-gyung. This role propelled her to stardom.
Her second acting role was in a movie called "Escaping from Charisma" as a tough girl named Han Su.
Her third acting role was in a comedy called The Vineyard Man, as Lee Ji Hyun. Similar to the
performances of other dramas at the time, The Vineyard Man initially suffered from low ratings due to strong competition from the MBC 45th anniversary drama Jumong (TV series). However, the drama ratings gradually
increased and reached a 15.6% on its finale.
